Kebijakan Program Customer Reward
This page displays the Policy of Customer Reward Program (“Policy”), which is an appreciation program provided by PT Sinar Mitra Sepadan Finance (hereinafter referred to as "SMS FINANCE" or "SMSF") for the instalment payments.
By submitting a Reward claim through the Reward claim conversation on the official SMS Finance WhatsApp number as further regulated in this Policy and clicking the "Continue" button, You declare and are deemed to have read, understood, agreed to, and are willing to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Customer Reward Program, Privacy Policy, and the following terms and conditions of the Policy of Customer Reward Program:
Article 1: Claim Reward and Receipt Provisions
1. You are entitled to a Reward from SMS FINANCE if You meet the following terms and criteria:
- A Debtor/Consumer and/or a legitimate Representative of the Debtor/Consumer and has obtained approval from the Debtor/Consumer to receive the Reward.
- Paid more than 1 (one) instalment on the same publication date. The publication date means the date the transaction is recorded in SMS Finance.
- Submit a Reward claim via SMS Finance's official WhatsApp number at 081112544468 in the same month as the publication date, during the Customer Reward Program period and during the Reward Claim Service working hours.
- Provide financing agreement data, proof of payment and/or other information or documents as requested by SMS Finance required for the Reward claim process, including but not limited to:
- Mobile Phone Number;
- Contract Number;
- Debtor/Consumer Name;
- Selected Reward Type;
- Mobile phone number to top up E-Wallet balance (if the selected Reward is GoPay E-Wallet balance;
- Payment date;
- Copy of complete proof of Instalment Payment; and
- Copy of ID Card
2. The Rewards that You may choose are Alfamart/Indomaret E-Voucher or GoPay E-Wallet balance.
3. The Customer Reward Program is valid from February 6, 2025 to April 30, 2025.
4. The Reward Claim Service working hours are between 08.30 to 16.30 WIB.
5. You are only entitled to submit a Reward claim 1 (one) time each month for each contract. The month in this provision refers to the month of the publication date.
6. The Reward nominal given by SMS Finance depends on the amount of instalments paid by You on the same publication date and with complete proof of payment, with the following details:

7. SMS Finance will deduct income tax on the Rewards You receive in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
Article 2: Agreement on Personal Data Processing Provisions
You agree that SMSF may process Your Personal Data that You have provided and/or will provide in connection with Your financing facilities and/or the Customer Reward Program, in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection (“PDP Law”) and its adjustments and other applicable laws and regulations, with the following provisions:
1. You have received information regarding Personal Data Processing at SMSF including Your rights as a Personal Data Subject in accordance with the applicable PDP Law as referred to in the Privacy Policy and therefore: (i) You are willing to provide the data and/or information required for the claim process and receipt of Rewards, including but not limited to the information and/or data as referred to in Article 1 paragraph (1) letter d of this Policy (“Personal Data”); (ii) You grant consent and rights to SMSF and its representatives or other authorized parties to carry out the Processing of Your Personal Data, in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including the PDP Law, namely for the claim process and receipt of Rewards based on the Customer Reward Program and/or for the benefit of other related SMSF operational activities (“Purpose of Personal Data Processing”).
2. In the event that there is Personal Data belonging to another Party that You provide to SMSF, You hereby state that You have obtained consent from that party regarding the provision of Personal Data to and/or Processing of Personal Data by SMSF and/or other parties as referred to in this Policy page.
3. Consent to the Processing of Personal Data as referred to in numbers 1 and 2, includes:
- Consent for SMSF to obtain, collect, analyze, store, correct and update, display, announce, move/transfer, disseminate, disclose, use Personal Data and including but not limited to deleting and/or destroying Personal Data up to a maximum of 5 (five) years after the E-Voucher claim process is successfully carried out (“Retention Period”).
- Consent for disclosure, utilization, and processing of Personal Data to and/or by parties approved and/or appointed by SMSF as required in relation to the Purpose of Personal Data Processing, including but not limited to consultants, advisors, accountants, and tax offices.
- Consent for SMSF to make changes to Your Personal Data if required by laws and regulations, there are instructions from regulators or authorized agencies, and/or to protect Your interests and/or SMSF.
4. All Personal Data submitted to SMSF is true and accurate data in accordance with current conditions and if there is a change in such Personal Data, then You will inform and request SMSF to make updates and/or corrections to such Personal Data in accordance with the latest valid information.
5. Consent in this Article cannot be revoked and/or withdrawn as long as the Personal Data is still required by SMSF for the purpose of Personal Data Processing.
Article 3: Your Statement as Reward Recipient
Without prejudice to Your statements in other articles of this Policy, You state that:
1. You are the Debtor/Consumer or a legitimate representative and/or have received approval from the Debtor/Consumer regarding the receipt of Rewards from SMSF based on the Customer Reward Program, including to carry out all actions You take for the purposes of claiming and receiving the Rewards based on this Policy.
2. The Debtor/Consumer and/or You understand that Your agreement to this Policy, the granting of Rewards by SMSF and Your receipt of Rewards based on this Policy:
- Do not eliminate and/or waive the rights and obligations of the Debtor/Consumer arising from and as regulated in the financing agreement signed by SMSF and the Debtor/Consumer.
- The Debtor/Consumer remains the only party legally bound to SMSF and remains the only party who has the rights and obligations arising from and in accordance with the provisions of the financing agreement. These rights include but are not limited to the rights to the financing object and/or its ownership documents after all financial obligations arising under the financing agreement have been paid off. These obligations include but are not limited to the obligation to pay instalments, fines and other financial obligations in accordance with the provisions of the financing agreement until paid off.
3. You act consciously and without any coercion from any party and will be fully responsible for all actions You take in the process of claiming and receiving the Reward.
4. You are responsible for the statements You state on this Policy page, and therefore release SMSF from all forms of lawsuits and claims from any party and other losses that may arise in connection with the process of claiming and receiving the Reward and Your agreement to this Policy, including if the statements in this Policy is proven to be untrue.
5. Your agreement to this Policy is made consciously, without coercion, and with a legitimate purpose in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
